Description

Our CyberD SFP Port Lock provides a professional approach using a simple solution. This means that our product is easy to use and doesn’t need any IT experience or equipment to deploy. It is as simple as inserting the lock into your unprotected SFP port using only your hand. To remove the lock, insert the CyberD SFP Lock Key to disengage the lock. The style of the lock allows it to recess into the open port to provide a flush design that offers the upmost security for your system. This discourages the intent to forcefully remove the lock, as there is no free edge that allows the lock to be removed without the appropriate key.

What is an SFP port? A SFP port is a Small Form-factor Pluggable device with a hot swappable interface that is used predominantly in network and storage switches. They are essential for high-speed telecommunications as well as data communications, especially in large network settings. An SFP port’s ultimate objective is to provide a reliable, wired, high-speed connection by copper or fiber optic cables.

The CyberD SFP Port Lock is readily available in 2 color codes, Red and Green. This allows for the port locks to be organized between different deployments. Since, our locks are noticeable different in the color pattern, they can be easily recognized.

The SFP Port Lock is perfect for large scale deployments. Our port locks are packaged in bundles of 10 locks per each bag. This allows the CyberD SFP Port Lock to be an affordable, yet effective, approach to SFP port protection.
